Compliance to national standards and guidelines when it comes to occupational safety and health is an imperative. As a leading renewable energy producer in Asia, the CLIENT was committed to exceeding expectations when it comes to OSH trainings. There was a need to train people from multiple sites and offices across the region within the constraints of infrastructure bandwidth and resource availability.
APEX Global performed a needs analysis to understand learner profile, learning outcomes and content mapping. Based on the insights gathered, an intervention was formulated to design and develop a series of microlearning animated videos for rollout through the CLIENT’s global learning platform. Based on the business need, the 8-hour content was transformed into an engaging eLearning module within 6 weeks.
