With increasing issues around cybersecurity and data threats in the financial sector, a leading private sector bank with operations across SE Asia approached us to address their learning needs spanning its people across 1000+ branches. The prime objective was to ensure compliance to DPA (Data Privacy Act) requirement of completing awareness trainings.
APEX Global deployed its expertise in the subject matter combined with instructional design experience and packaged an instructional design document capturing the learning needs, assessment requirements and alignment to business objectives. A series of eLearning modules were developed to ensure compliance to the Central bank guidelines as well as the goal of adoption among the bank staff
