Getting bank officers and independent agents across various branches trained on the latest updates of the bank’s Trust Products was critical for effective customer service and product management. The training was set out to educate and certify professionals who can effectively handle the product. But managing this across islands over a limited span of time was a huge challenge with shrinking budgets.
APEX Global in close collaboration with the L&D team and Trust products related subject matter experts outlined the learning objectives and core curriculum that needs to be packaged as online learning modules. The course was developed in compliance with the National Acreditation Agency’s requirements and rolled out to 1000s of officers.
