One of the world’s largest media conglomerates was growing its back office operations across Asia at breakneck pace. This constituted a clear need for scalable solutions that can address the growing learning needs of people across geographies and cultures. Part of the solution package covered design and development of self-paced learning modules on various internal tools.
Through a series of conversations with the global L&D team, satellite leadership and internal product experts, APEX Global articulated the learning needs and deep dived into the product use cases through virtual sessions. Based on this understanding, the instructional design team developed storyboards, screen capture videos and other interactions to develop an engaging series of learning modules
